Chinese:  Listening:  I can understand the meaning when I hear the Chinese words “天气（weather），晴天（sunny），阴天（cloudy），下雨（rainy），下雪（snowy），刮风（windy），闪电（lightening），热（hot），冷（cold）” . Speaking:  I can say the words “I can understand the meaning when I hear the Chinese words “天气（weather），晴天（sunny），阴天（cloudy），下雨（rainy），下雪（snowy），刮风（windy），闪电（lightening），热（hot），冷（cold）”.  Reading:  I can read the Chinese characters “田（field），力（strength），男（male），女（female），雨（rain），土（dirt）”.  Writing:  I can write the Chinese characters “田（field），力（strength），男（male），女（female），雨（rain），土（dirt）” independently in a correct way.  Math: I understand that a two-digit number has tens and ones. Homework:    1   -  Practice listening or speaking Chinese for a few minutes each day. Practice by talking to parents (even if they don't understand what you are saying), siblings, your stuffed animals, or even yourself in the mirror....

Speaking:  I can say the words “I can understand the meaning when I hear the Chinese words “季节（seasons），春天（spring），夏天（summer），冬天（winter），秋天（fall），冷（cold），热（hot），游泳（swim），出来（come out）”.  Reading:  I can read the Chinese characters “田（field），力（strength），男（male），女（female），雨（rain），土（dirt）”.  Writing:  I can follow my teacher and write the Chinese characters “田（field），力（strength），男（male），女（female），雨（rain），土（dirt）” in a correct way.  Math: I can count by ones and I can count by tens up to 120.
